Reminder

We visited a family friend just recently. And I just couldn’t help laughing once I saw the sign on their elevator. I have a feeling they knew that the machine couldn’t hold us all...hehehe.

I let my husband and son go first, so I let my eyes scan the perimeter. There was one sign equally funny as the first. My other son said, in response to what he just read, that he had taken a bath before we left:

Then we got to the third floor, and there was another reminder. (Surprise! Surprise!) I think someone complained about it and brought about a correction:

Which can you understand, if any? You be the judge.

Champorado

I have no difficulty in feeding my children vegetables. Their favorite is tomatoes. Just slice it into bite-size pieces and sprinkle a little salt, they’re satisfied with that and half a cup of rice. Given, I don’t encounter any problems in preparing their meals everyday.

We saw a television talk show, and they cooked something we call ‘champorado’. I didn’t like the taste of the food so I never cooked it for them not once. They were curious and so I was pushed to cook some for them. At first, they were excited because, according to them, it smelled like chocolate. And then I gave them a helping each. I feel so sorry for the poor champorado.

They only lasted a bite each. Like me, it didn’t taste gourmet to them. I guess, to each his own.

Dental Visit

I’ve been to our dentist last month and I am very happy with the result. Not with my dental record but with the discount I got because I am using my insurance with Ameriplan. At first, I am a little bit hesitant in securing a dental insurance because I thought it will just increase our already high budget.

I learned from a friend that Ameriplan is very helpful especially when you have kids I already thinking of securing one for my family. Now, I don’t have any regrets with my dental insurance. With Ameriplan, going to the dentist regularly becomes a habit.
