CATERING

I am a dependent wife here in KSA. I decided not to work to give more time to my kids. Before I came here, I heard from other dependent wives that life here is really boring but until now they are still here. (yun kaya ang boring?)

When I came here in 1994 there were no cellphones, no TFC , no internet. Overseas call costs about SR17/minute. Now it is only SR3 or lower.

Napakasimple ng buhay dito, madalas na problema ko ay yung lulutuin for the next day, yung babaunin ng mga bata sa school, yung dinner, yung snacks, as in umiikot lang yata sa pagkain ang isip ko.Madalas kasi nagsasawa na sila sa paulit-ulit na ulam. Kaya nung magkaroon ng internet, mega search ako ng mga bagong recipes. I tried at least 3 new recipes a week, pag okay sa aking mga boss kasama na sya sa aking folder. Pag di pasado, kawawang ulam di na sya mauulit.

Of course , when we have visitors luto ako ng aking mga bagong tuklas na ulam. Doon na po nagsimula ang aking career sa cooking. I am now into a catering business. Regular visitor din po ako sa blog ni Sassy. Maybe one of the reasons why I have healthy kids.
