SBD Pinoy Version


A friend of mine asked if I can do her a favor. She's a career woman and has no time to prepare her daily meals . She wants low carbohydrates food and as much as possible or rather strictly "no rice." She gave me a south beach diet menu to follow but it's the pinoy version.

Here's the sample pinoy south beach diet meal for the day.

Breakfast

Fried bangus w/salted egg, tomatoes and cucumber

Beef w/bell pepper, cauliflower and brocolli

Grilled chicken breast w/ mayonnaise , parsley, celery sticks and cucumber
